RETURN/ REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. At the moment refunds are not offered. You may only exchange your item for the full amount towards another item within this 5-day period.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at Info@cfandco.net. If it is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. If for any reason a returned item is denied for exchange, buyer will be responsible for paying shipping back to them.
Custom orders, including personalized products and ring sizing, are Final Sale. These items are not eligible for exchanges, or cancellation once production has begun.

Items from flash sales and other exclusive events are Final Sale.

Manufacturer Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, within 5 days of receiving the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of purchase or proof. we will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, an exchange will be issued and shipped to you.
Cf and Co reserves the right to refuse an exchange if we think the item is intentionally damaged or misused.
